Over 30+ years construction skillset, beginning with father taught welding skills, and including tenant finish-outs, framing, roofing, waterproofing, and past 10 years, have added residential and commercial geothermal installation, service and maintenance. Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Manages multiple subordinate trade supervisors who supervise all employees on each construction Project.
  • Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the construction project.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsible for interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work.
  • Responsible for appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Jobsite proficient in multiple languages with contractors and tenants; Spanish, Korean, Russian, Persian, etc.

Overall Focus

  • Set the business direction and strategy for the multi-sector, multi-geographic operational and non-operational functions for Paladin and the group.
  • Provide the leadership, resources, and direction needed to accomplish the groups objectives.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of corporate strategy.
  • Implement the corporate branding strategy in the group.


Essential Functions

  • Participates in formulating and administering company policies and developing long-range goals and objectives.
  • Directs and coordinates activities of Construction, Marketing, Sales, Client for which responsibility is delegated to further attainments of goals and objectives.
  • Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine division progress towards stated goals and objectives.
  • Directs with Business Development Department to maintain high quality business relations with owners, subcontractors and other business partners.
  • Oversees the project management systems for processing Construction Division project activity and accounting.
  • Provides direction and communication linkage for all legal matters relating to the construction activity of the company.
  • Maintains active participation in all Partners, Senior Managers and Key Managers meetings.
  • Directors General Superintendents in oversight of all field activities.
